- If you've made a mistake & have not yet received a shipping notification, please email the shop immediately through our contact form (found at the top of the page) with the correct information. Please be sure to provide your order number, name, & which product(s) was/were ordered.
- While I would love to be able to fetch back an order should it stray from its intended path, there is unfortunately nothing I can do from my end once it leaves my hands.
- All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), & every order receives an individual tracking number. You will receive this tracking number through an email once the shipping label is created. If you don't receive this shipping notification within one week (seven days) of placing your order, you may contact the shop using the aforementioned contact form. (Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders before doing this!)
- Unfortunately, international orders cannot be accepted through our main storefront at this time. Please visit our Etsy page instead.
- Order was never received & confirmed lost through USPS/Carrier tracking.
- You received the wrong item.
- You believe an order was placed without your permission.
- Order was damaged in-transit beyond use. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence, & these situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for any damages occurring after you receive your item(s).
IF APPROVED FOR A REFUND, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS. If more than 14 business days have elapsed since your refund was approved, please contact us through our form.
UNJUST/FRADULENT CHARGEBACKS WILL RESULT IN IT BEING DISPUTED & YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED. ANY FUTURE ORDERS WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
